About Me

If you're an astrophotographer, perhaps you've run across me as @PhotonPhanatic on Facebook, X, Twitter, Astrobin, or BlueSky. Since I retired from engineering in 2020 I spend much of my time imaging DSOs. It's a great hobby because there's always more to learn, and that helps me get my tech jollies. Even after several years, I still love to watch the first subs roll in during an imaging session, and to see an image reveal itself in processing.
